Firstly the check- in process at the reception where Ms. Pooja was there with her lovely smile helped us with the smooth check-in then food & the rooms were amazing! Talking about pick-up and drop the chauffeur were very professional. A big shoutout to Mr. B.K. Balan for dropping is off at the airport on time.
